I think one of the most important aspects of customer service is to be responsive to questions, comments, and concerns and to resolve issues as they arise. From the roof inspector doing the initial video roof check, to the final check after receiving our new roof, the service was great. They were right on time, cleaned all of their mess, got both the house and the garage roofs done in one day. They even helped repair an eavestrough issue and an opening was found that was allowing squirrels to get in the attic, so they sealed it correctly. Highly recommend them.
